Shipping policy

Processing Time:  Orders for in stock items received by 12pm EST (Monday-Friday) will usually ship out the same Business Day. Orders received after 12pm EST will typically ship out the following Business Day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday or on any Holiday will be shipped out the following Business Day.

Shipping ETA Estimates:  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.  Our Site utilizes UPS and USPS systems to calculate a custom quote for the shipping rate.  Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping Weight:  Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping Outside of the USA: If your shipping address is outside of the United States, we can usually still ship to you. Some products will have restrictions, and some products can't be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us if you have any specific questions regarding shipping to your specific location.
